    4. Entrance Exam Score(s)
      1. Either the MAT (Miller Analogies Test) or GRE General Test (Graduate Record Examinations).

    5. Official Transcripts
      1. From all previous colleges or universities attended
    6. Three Recommendations
      1. Academic
