PsyD students have the opportunity to complete an MA in Biblical & Theological Studies - General Theology. They take 18 more hours of Biblical & Theological Studies -- as approved by their Theological Studies advisor -- in addition to the 18 hours of theology required by the PsyD program. After completing these 36 hours, they then must pass a written comprehensive exam or write a thesis.
Students do not take BITH 525 if pursuing this MA. Instead they take BITH 638 (Old Testament Theology) and BITH 648 (New Testament Theology).
